Dockside Paradise @ The Villas

Dockside Paradise furnishes a private covered boat slip on the Mexico Beach Canal with electricity, water and Gulf access just minutes from the docks. The Villas, a 14-unit condo complex across the street from the beach has a beautiful pool, grilling and gathering area overlooking the boat docks.

Mexico Beach is a wonderful slice of paradise with its family-friendly atmosphere and quiet beaches with gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. Come fall-in-love with Mexico Beach in this magnificent 3rd floor, one level corner unit with an awesome floor plan that allows nice privacy for each bedroom. Unit is on the canal that leads to the Gulf - perfect for boaters! Wonderful views from windows and doors in unit; beautiful wrap around balcony off living room area with fantastic views of canal overlooking boat docks. Mexico Beach Marina is two doors down with everything you need for a day of fishing. Mexico Beach boat ramp is 4 blocks from unit for boat launching, trailer storage, fish cleaning tables & carcass disposal system. Shell Shack next door offers fresh locally caught seafood for grilling, or they will steam to your liking, pack it up ready to go. They have large selection of souvenirs, shells & beach clothing. Easy walk across the street to the beautiful quiet beaches of Mexico Beach. Front balcony with tall Adirondack chairs is perfect for morning coffee with view of Gulf waters. Beautifully decorated unit with two master suites. King overlooking boat docks on the canal and private doorway to balcony, separate shower and garden tub. The second en-suite has queen and Gulf view. Third bedroom has two full beds and hallway bathroom. All bedrooms have TV's and living room has a 55" TV with Bose sound bar. Located just outside the unit entrance door is a private outdoor beach equipment room with beach cart, umbrellas, beach chairs, floats, etc. for your beach days. There is room for your additional gear including bikes, fishing rods, etc. There is an additional storage room on the canal balcony. There are 2 parking spaces assigned to the unit, an elevator and handy cart to tote items to the unit. This 3rd floor condo gives you wonderful views, easy beach access, quick access to Gulf boating and fishing. Come play at Dockside Paradise in Mexico Beach!

Boat slip is 11' wide and Mexico Beach Canal bridge has an overhead clearance of 12'.

Well Beyond Expectations

"Giving Dockside Paradise a 5-star review is the easiest as this rental exceeded our expectations. The location is the perfect location for us with a 32 ft center console boat that we were able to keep in the boat slip during our stay and the M.B. Marina store is next door. Although we parked our trailer at a friend's house during our stay, I did contact the Harbor Master prior to our arrival regarding overnight parking at the M.B. boat ramp and trailers can be parked there for up to two(2) weeks. The condo was very clean, rooms were very spacious, well-decorated, high-quality furniture and appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked. The balcony overlooking the canal was a comfortable place to sit and enjoy the beautiful sunrises. We felt like we were at home. We will definitely rent again.

"We saw this listing and thought it was beautiful. The location was what we wanted (views of the marina and the Gulf) and the spacious layout all on one level was what we needed (5 adults, to include 2 grandmas that needed their own space but couldn't climb stairs). When we opened the door to enter, it was MORE beautiful than the photos. It was so clean and comfortable. The owner thought of everything--small things, like foil in the kitchen, cleaning supplies, soap pods for laundry, extra towels in the closets, etc. It is obvious the owner takes great pride in her/his unit and we kept saying "ooohh, look at this! It's so nice!" There was a lot of love and detail put into this condo. The back balcony was the highlight, with the view, the table and comfy chairs. We had no issues with our stay. AND, for the property management company perspective, they were GREAT too! Open and easy communication, friendly and helpful with any question. Bryony was amazing and always so willing to talk to me and give us suggestions and directions. I would not hesitate in any way to use Forgotten Coast for a future rental or to book Villas of MB unit 304 again (the grandmas have already asked when we can go back)!

"Dockside Paradise Indeed! We LOVED our stay. The sunrises from the balcony and the views of the beach sunsets were euphoric. The condo was stunning and specious, great for couples' getaway or for a family vacation. We wish we could have stayed long, but definitely be back! Spacious rooms and thoughtful amenities
